To support financial control, reporting accuracy, and cash flow discipline by executing core accounting, compliance, and operational finance tasks ensuring efficiency, compliance, and bankability.Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Maintain General Ledger and reconciliations
- Support monthly close (T+7) and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and internal control compliance
- Process invoices, collections, and supplier payments
- Track receivables ageing and support DSO targets
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Track daily cash position and transactions
- Support cash flow forecasting (cash ladder)
- Contribute to CCC optimization (DIO + DSO − DPO)
- Track expenses vs budgets
- Support variance and cost analysis
- Prepare GRA, SSNIT, PAYE, VAT filings
- Support audits and compliance reporting
- Support procurement and asset tracking
- Assist payroll and HR administrative processes
- HND / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- ACCA/ICA (part-qualified preferred)
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience
- Accurate and timely reporting (T+7)
- DSO compliance (≤14–30 days)
- Budget variance ≤5%
- 100% compliance (GRA, SSNIT, audits)
- High reconciliation accuracy (≥99%)
