Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSETo provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the Human Resource and Administration functions of the Fund.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and respond to phone calls courteously
  • Respond and distribute phone calls and avoid call waiting
  • Receive and direct guests to the appropriate offices/ desk
  • Performs routine administrative duties.
  • Receive deliveries
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Facilitates the organisation of conferences, seminars, meetings, and workshops.
  • Facilitates the implementation of programmes and activities of the Directorate.
  • Implements directives relating to staff training, learning and development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEDIRECT ENTRY
  • A minimum of HND in Management & Secretaryship Studies/University Diploma in Management, Public Administration or any other related field, from an accredited tertiary institution.
  • Must have completed National Service.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Knowledge in relevant IT applications.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reading skills.
