The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role requires excellent communication skills and professionalism in managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and administrative duties.Key Responsibilities: * Manage customer service and front desk communication
- Handle patient information discreetly and professionally
- Coordinate front desk activities including calls, inquiries, and scheduling
- Ensure accurate use of hospital systems and EMRs
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic demeanor at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital systems (EMR)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or front desk setting is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Fluent in English (local language is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
