An insurance brokerage company is offering opportunities for qualified individuals (preferably females) to join its Sales and Marketing Department to contribute to and support corporate growth as Business Development Executives.Key Accountabilities:
  • Prospect new clients and close business opportunities to maximize commission income and meet company’s objectives.
  • Conduct market research to assist the department in developing appropriate marketing strategies
  • Sell Company’s services and products directly to corporate and individual clients.
  • Coordinate and work closely with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction and incident resolution.
  • Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate leads flow to reach targeted sales objectives
  • Monitor insurance claims of your clients to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for the Head of Sales and Marketing
