• Ensure all operational practices comply with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Integrate sustainable practices within haulage and industrial mineral mining operations, including the potential for generating carbon credits for international sale.
• Build relationships with governmental and community stakeholders to foster a reputation for sustainable and responsible business practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, mining engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications are highly regarded.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior operational role in logistics, haulage, or mining, with demonstrable experience in business development.
