Ensuring proper book keeping and cash management
Preparing daily sales records (balancing/reconciling sales against cash received)
Maintaining proper security of cash at all times.
Performing regular stock counting and managing stock levels
Alerting shop owner of any unusual circumstances or potential fraud and robbery as soon as it has been detected.
Responsible and accountable for all tasks assigned.
