- Coordinating, planning, and executing church events and activities
- Assisting to create budgets, pay bills, oversee payrolls, track, record and bank church incomes
- Overseeing church facility maintenance and security operations
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use, and;
- Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and community
- Be a dedicated born-again believer
- Have office and administrative experience
- Be well mannered and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills Have strong computer skills and capacity to operate office equipment
- Have ability to handle stress, solve problems and get on well with others
- Have proven integrity and honesty
- Have the ability to keep confidential and sensitive information Be able to stand as a moral and upright representative of the church community
