Import/Export Clearing Officer (French Speaking)

• Assist in coordinating all materials importation (Air and Sea) Logistics and Administration (Exemption applications for import duty payments and import customs documentation processes) for the company.

• Assist in coordinating all export forwarding processes through Ghana customs, Governmental Regulatory Agencies in the port, GPHA and others.

• Assist in coordinating monitoring and Tracking of all shipments/vessels at transit ports and on inland waters and airport

• Preparations of weekly and monthly shipping, Logistics and Administrative reports with excel database.

• Ensures the utilisation of cost effective Logistics to enable timely customs clearance and inland transportation services.

• Others that duties that you may be assigned with that relates with the primary functions
