JOB PURPOSEThe Security Officer shall assist the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.The role reports to the Security ManagerROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Patrols industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensures the security of doors, windows and gates.
Answers the alarm and investigates disturbances.
Monitors and authorises the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintains the security of premises.
Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons, or unusual occurrences.
Calls police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorised persons.
Performs any other duties assigned

[ad]Required Skills or ExperienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATION

WASSCE or Higher Qualification.
Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in similar role.
Must be able to work shifts.
Clean criminal background.
Must be able to physically perform tasks required of the role.
Knowledge of any type of martial arts a plus.
Ability to read and write.
